We’re so excited to be doing our ✨famous✨ sexy sourdough class again at the studio where you’ll learn the basics of sourdough, hands on… surrounded by some hot babes! 

 

In this 3+ hour class, each of you will mix up a loaf, learn “stretch & folds” to develop a beautiful dough, have a shaping & scoring demo and learn how to take care of your new starter! Plus we’ll sprinkle in some girl time and snacks! 

 

Included in your ticket is

 

• 3+ hours of hands on instruction 

• A banneton proofing basket & cloth

• Dough scraper

• Dough scoring lame

• Flour shaker & rice flour 

• Jar of your own starter 

• Recipe for artisan sourdough loaf

What you need to bring to class:

Kitchen scale, mixing bowl & sturdy rubber spatula or mixing spoon!

 

Additional tools that you’ll need at home:
